Misc. and utilities

now i have 3 utilities, 2 are things that don't do anything, but process numbers. the last one actually does something usefull.

| Download Calculator | Calculates the time it will take to download a file off the internet. i find it useful. (that's probably the reason i made it) | pros: fast, doesn't quit on
you when you leave a field blank (like dlcV.9 did) cons: it doesn't detect your internet speed, so it may be a little off. |
| Temperature Converter | Another program made by me. just type in the temperature, and hit one of the convert buttons, and it does the job. | pros: fast, accurate, small cons: error message whenever you leave a field blank |
| moslo | slows down your processor speed as much or as little as you want. you would go into dos, go into the directory where moslo is in, type `moslo`, followed by the path to the game you want to slow down, then followed by the number in megahertz you want it to run at. for example, if you wanted to use it to slow down laser tank to 50 megahertz, you would type: ``c:\moslo\moslo.exe c:\games\ltank\ltank.exe 50`` | pros: doesn't affect the
system clock like most processor slowing utilities do. cons: runs in dos. i don't see this as a con, but most people like windows-based programs better. |
